Returns
For hygiene reasons and to preserve the quality of our fragrance products, opened, used, or damaged-packaging items cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the affected product. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
